Of all European cities, this is the one I’ve visited the most. There is so much to see and do here! The vegan options will blow you away. On our last 8 day tour we only at vegan restaurants and only got to about 25% of them. Yes, it may be cold in December and it starts getting dark by 4 pm, but we will be there during Christmas market season! It will be beautiful, and the city has about 75 Christkindlsmarkt, many of them vegan-friendly and some with a fair trade and eco-friendly focus. We’ll stay in my favorite German hotel chain, very centrally located.
